Description:
This proposal focuses on the upgrading of approximately 467 km of primary road corridors across five counties in Liberia, divided into seven lots and two packages. The project aims to enhance regional connectivity, reduce transportation costs, and stimulate economic growth by linking Monrovia with key districts and neighboring countries.
The scope includes:
- Design, build, finance, and operation under a concession model.
- Preliminary engineering studies such as traffic counts, hydrology, material investigations, and geometric design.
- Introduction of toll plazas and sustainable maintenance for 25 years.
- Creation of job opportunities and training for local communities.
